WINTER HSL ACADEMY

Spartan Academy was established by Spartan Sports Group in 2017 to provide our high level athletes with year round development and competitive game play.

Spartan Academy is a proud franchise within the Hockey Super League (HSL), a premier hockey solution with a clear path for long-term development.

The HSL development philosophy consists of working with and empowering HSL franchises that have a fundamental focus on creating long term developmental plans for their athletes. Similar to the European hockey and soccer development model; HSL believes that it is essential to have a higher ratio of practice sessions to games in order to improve an athlete’s skills and performance in competition.  To learn more about the HSL, visit their league website here.
